Viral Load in Central & N/Western Zones  by Age Group (N=76922)

(January 02, 2023-October 31,2024)

The bar chart illustrates the viral load (RNA virus copies/ml) in Central and Northwestern Zones across different age groups, with a total sample size of N = 76,922 for the period January 2, 2023, to October 31, 2024. The data shows that viral load is highest in the 31-45 years age group, with 1266 copies/ml in Central Zone and 1252 copies/ml in Northwestern Zone. The 46-60 years group follows, recording 1039 copies/ml in Central and 911 copies/ml in Northwestern. The below 16 years category exhibits a noticeable viral load of 1106 copies/ml in Central and 422 copies/ml in Northwestern. Viral load declines progressively in older age groups, with the lowest levels in those over 75 years (11 in Central, 4 in Northwestern). Overall, the data highlights regional and age-based differences in viral load, with higher values in Central Zone across most age groups except for minor variations.
