The distribution of MTB cases in the Tigray region from June to September 2024 reveals distinct patterns across Gender and Zones. The Southern zone had the highest disparity, with 81 cases in males and 13 in females. In the Central zone, there were 44 cases among males and 31 among females. The Eastern zone recorded 62 cases among males and 21 among females. Mekelle had 70 cases in males and 41 in females. In the North-Western zone, there were 34 cases in males and 36 in females. The South-Eastern zone reported 14 cases in males and only 4 in females, the lowest across all zones.
