The graph below indicates that in July, Mekelle reported the highest cases with 61, followed by the Southern region with 34, and the South-Eastern region had the lowest with 6. August saw Mekelle with 77 cases, the Southern region 47, and the South-Eastern region 9. In September, Mekelle had 44 cases, the Southern region 32, and the South-Eastern region 1. This data highlights Mekelle as a critical area for TB monitoring and intervention due to consistently high case numbers, while the Southeast region's lower counts may indicate low burden or underreporting (Chart Below).
